Service temp: -20℃~80℃ (24h after labeling)
Suitable for daily chemical products label in conventional gloss.
Facestock is stiffer. Small caliber, irregular surface or extruded bottle is not recommended.
Printing and processing
Excellent performance in printing and bar code print, good stiffness, easy to peel off. Suitable for conventional printing. Avoid to print to the edge of label, the high-contractility bring label crimp, cause the label detach from release paper or warp from label object. Ink test before printing is recommended.
Storage period and conditions
From date of manufacture: 12 months
Storage conditions: 23±2℃& relative humidity 50±5%
Prolonged storage outside these conditions might reduce the shelf life.
Facestock
Fine synthetic paper both have paper printability and BOPP film physical characteristics.
Adhesive
General purpose membrane emulsion acrylic adhesive
This adhesive complies with FDA section 21 (175.105) and can be used for non-contact labeling of food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.
