Our dedicated R&D and Quality Testing Laboratory features a full suite of functional zones to support end-to-end product development and strict quality control. Facilities include environmental chambers that simulate sea shipping and low-temperature refrigeration (down to -30°C) with precise peel strength evaluation, a standardized sample room for full traceability, and a comprehensive testing area equipped for label application, material physical properties, and thermal transfer print performance. The facility also houses a material analysis room, a formulation lab for custom adhesive R&D and small-batch hand-coating trials, and a pilot coating center for new product scale-up verification. All hazardous chemicals and temporary waste are stored in dedicated, regulation-compliant areas.
