Minimum labeling temp: -25℃
Service temp: -50℃~50℃ (24h after labeling)

Suitable for daily chemical products label in conventional gloss and the field of refrigeration and cold chain.

Due to the stiff facestock, this material is not recommended for bottles with small diameter or labeling to irregular surfaces or often extruded bottles.

Good initial and final adhesion at low temperatures, with excellent performance on many packaging materials. Not suitable for application on PVC surfaces.

There is no barrier coating on the backside of the facestock, so there is a risk of swelling after combining with hot melt adhesive. It is recommended that labels be re-tested for application assessment after long-time storage.

Printing and processing

Excellent performance in printing and bar code print, good stiffness, convenient for labeling. Suitable for conventional printing. It should be avoided to print to the edge of the label, high contractility will cause the label to curl, resulting in detachment from the liner or warping on the affixed object. It is recommended to conduct ink tests before printing.
Full-page printing is not recommended.
Special die-cut knife for film is recommended.
Not recommended to process and use in environment above 20 ℃.
Pay attention to static electricity elimination during production to avoid its impact on product quality.

Storage period and conditions

From date of manufacture: 12 months
Storage conditions: 23±2℃ & relative humidity 50±5%.
