Printing and processing
With special treatment coating surface, can be used in flexo printing, screen printing, offset printing and varieties of printing methods. Suitable for UV ink and water-based ink.
Control the viscosity of print ink. High contractility brings label crimp, causing the label detach from release paper or warp from label object.
Using ultra-violet curing printing ink can have perfect binding with coating.
It is recommended to use a sharp film-specific die-cutting knife, especially for platen die-cutting.
Storage period and conditions
From date of manufacture: 12 months
Storage conditions: 23±2 ℃ & relative humidity 50±5%.
Prolonged storage outside these conditions might reduce the shelf life.
Facestock
The facestock has a special printable coating. It has certain resistance to conventional chemicals and high temperature, as well as scratch resistance, moisture resistance, and stain resistance, making it suitable for producing various durable labels.
Adhesive
General purpose film acrylic adhesive
This adhesive complies with FDA section 21(175.105) and can be used for non-contact labeling of food,pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.
