Minimum labeling temp: -5℃
Service temp: -20℃~90℃ (24h after labeling)

Suitable for application of daily chemical label & food label.
Must test to confirm if used in small bottle label (diameter smaller than 30mm).

Not recommended for bottles with irregular surfaces or extruded bottles.

Printing and processing

With special treatment coating, can be used in letterpress printing, flexo printing, gravure printing, screen printing and varieties of printing methods. It can be used in digital UV inkjet printing processes.
Control the viscosity of print ink, high contractility bring label crimp, causing the label detach from release paper or warp from label object.
Sharp special die-cut knife for film is recommended especially platen die cut.
PET liner is well suited for high-speed die cutting and labeling. The printed labels should avoid contact with high-concentration alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, benzene, and oxidizing liquids such as H2O2 as much as possible to prevent the separation of ink from the coating or substrate.
Pay attention to static electricity elimination during production to avoid its impact on product quality.

Storage period and conditions

From date of manufacture: 12 months
Storage conditions: 23±2℃ & relative humidity 50±5%. Prolonged storage outside these conditions might reduce the shelf life.
