Fulfill the requirement of ROHS, REACH, VOC

Minimum labeling temp: -5℃

Service temp: -20℃~80℃ (24h after labeling)

Suitable for daily chemical, personal care, medicine and other fields, such as bottle labels, sealing labels, etc.

Not recommended for small bottle with diameter smaller than 20mm, and not recommended to be used in irregular curved surface and extra soft bottle because the facestock is stiffer.

Not recommended for occasions with duplicate paste requirement.

Suitable for "no-label sense" labels.

If need to be applied to wet surface, it must be tested to ensure that it is resistant to being soaked.

Printing and processing

With special treatment coating, can be used in relief printing, flexography printing, gravure printing, screen printing and varieties of printing methods. Suitable for UV ink and water-based ink.
Control the viscosity of print ink. High contractility brings label crimp, causing the label detach from release paper or warp from label object.
It is recommended to use a sharp film-specific die-cutting knife, especially for flat pressing die-cutting.
PET liner is very suitable for high speed die-cutting and labeling.
Pay attention to static electricity elimination during production to avoid its impact on product quality.

Storage period and conditions

From date of manufacture: 12 months
Storage conditions: 23±2℃ & relative humidity 50±5%.
Prolonged storage outside these conditions might reduce the shelf life.
